Good day, gentlemen. Welcome to the 2023 440 & Friends Fantasy Football season. As always, I look forward to kicking things off at the draft in a few weeks, but before we get to the fun I'd like to address a few housekeeping items. Please cast your votes below.

Once we settle on the 2023 dues. I will be accepting payment via PayPal. Not Venmo.

Item 1: Annual Dues increase

(Requires majority vote)

• This item will be voted on annually whether the vote passes or not.

Item 2: New Bonus Category - Weekly High Score

(Requires 2/3 majority vote)

• The proposed amendment would take the $150 from the dues increase and pay out $10 per week (regular season only) to the player with the highest weekly score.

• Option 2 - take the $150 and add it to the playoff pool, no new bonus category.

Item 3: Draft Order Selection

(Requires 2/3 majority vote)

• The proposed amendment would allow the winners of the draft competition to SELECT their draft position rather than having it directly assigned to them. For example, the person coming in 1st in the competition could select any draft position they chose, the person coming in 2nd can select from the remaining positions, etc.

Item 4: 2nd Bonus Point Tier

(Requires 2/3 majority vote)

• The proposed amendment would simplify the bonus structure by eliminating the 2nd tier of bonus points. It is my opinion that the 2nd bonus tier is rarely achieved and is unnecessary. The current bonus point structure is:

Passing 300 yards: 2 points, passing 400 yards: 2 points

Rushing 100 yards: 2 points, rushing 200 yards: 2 points

Receiving 100 yards: 2 points, receiving 200 yards: 2 points

Proposed structure:

Passing 300 yards: 2 points

Rushing 100 yards: 2 points

Receiving 100 yards: 2 points
