My apologies @jcoyne817, I turned a 3 day weekend into a 6 day weekend and I have just returned to the office to properly respond to this.
We will determine the draft order before the draft starts. There will be a small competition where zero skill will be involved (per the constitution).
This competition is currently being tested to work out the kinks. Afterwards Mykal and I will need to discuss how we want to run this to assure we get the best results.
