The votes are in, the ballots have been counted. And recounted. These are the results from last week's vote. There were also a few amendment suggestions that I will bring to the floor for a vote before the season starts.

Item #1 - Annual Increase in Dues

PASSED - 7 to 1

Result: Dues will increase by $7 annually. Allocation of the dues increase will be scheduled in advance and addressed on the next ballot.

Item #2 - Change Flex position from WR/RB to WR/RB/TE PASSED - Unanimous

Result: TE will be added as an option to the flex position.

Item #3 - Change "IR" from two spots down to one. REJECTED - 5 to 3

Result: Due to ongoing COVID-19 concerns, we will hold on to two IR spots in 2021. This will be revisited in 2022.

Item #4 - Draft picks and “players to be named later” are non-transferable

PASSED - 5 to 3

Result: Future draft picks can not be traded.

Item #5 - Draft Lottery

PASSED - 6 to 1 (one abstention)

Result - The draft order competition will be determined by player who wins the consolation bracket and finishes in 5th place.

Item #6 - The Trophy

PASSED - Unanimous

Result - A peaceful transfer of power will take place as the Trophy will be securely passed along from champion to champion. The team manager who loses the consolation bracket and finishes in 8th place will be responsible for paying for the champion's plaque that will be applied to the trophy.

Item #7 - The Plate PASSED - 6 to 2

Result - The team manager who finishes in last place in the regular season will be awarded with "The Plate" and will adhere to the rules as defined in the constitution.

That's all for now. I'll add these amendments to the constitution. As I mentioned I'll be putting out a follow up vote in the upcoming weeks/months (whenever) based on the feedback from the first ballot. If there are any additional formal rule change proposals please post them in the comments and I will add them to the ballot.

• Formally naming the trophy

• Appointment of the disciplinary committee

• Allocation schedule of annual dues increase
