Only 14 years ago...

We live in the Holmes-Foster neighborhood and have just had our 3rd sleepless weekend with loud parties, obscenities, and just general noise going on until around 4am. I have not called the police because I am not sure exactly where the noise is coming from. But enough is enough. I do have a comment about a specific property though. Friday AM I walked past 440 W. Beaver and noticed that the yard was littered with beer cans, beer bottles and broken glass. In fact, the whole yard smelled of beer - this was even before the week's football revelries. I don't know who owns that property but perhaps these comments can be passed on. Thank you!
